Ghoulia Yelps and Holt Hyde Monster High Dolls

Monster High Basic Dolls released in July 2010,included Clawdeen Wolf, Frankie Stein, Draculaura, Lagoona Blue, Cleo de Nile, and Deuce Gorgon. New Kids on the Monster High block includes Ghoulia Yelps and Holt Hyde. Gholuia is funky and free spirited,while Holt Hyde is more elusive Monster High character.

My most favorite Ghoulia Doll is the new Skull Shores Ghoulia, dressed in a super cute cocktail dress and new cropped hairdo.

• Ghoulia Yelps is a pale skinned zombie doll with bright blue hair. Ghoulia is portrayed as the shy unassuming Monster who also happens to be the smartest girl in Monster High. This could explain her popularity.
• Ghuolia is supposed to be the child of Zombies from the 1968 Zombie movie Night of The Living Dead.
• Each of the Monster Dolls has a pet. Ghulias pet is the cute owl Sir Hoots A Lot.
• Ghoulia has a unique fashion sense. Bright and colourful unlike her pale complexion. She loves red and comes dressed in red pants and a striped top. Ghoulia's look is more casual than the other monster girls. Her shows are funky long lace up boots.
• The Ghoulia Doll Set includes her Sir Hoots A Lot Pet Owl.
• The Ghoulia Doll is fully articulated with moveable arms and legs. Ghioulia's accessories include a cassette motif purse, diary and doll stand.

• Ghoulia Yelps may be the smartest girl in school but even she too needs her beauty sleep.

• Holt Hyde is the blues skinned monster doll who reminds me more of Hades from Disney animated tale Hercules with his fiery red hair.
• Holt Hyde is the son of Mr Hyde though there is reference to another Monster Doll making an appearance next year named Jackson Jekyll. This will be the alter ego of Holt Hyde. There is another character with fiery hair in Monster High- he is called Heath Burns and should not be confused with Holt Hyde.
• Holt Like Ghoulia has his own dress sense and the Holt Doll come dressed in a red jacket with striped purple pants to compliment his fiery red hair.
• Holt Hyde is accompanied by his pet chameleon.
• The Holt Hyde Dolls pet includes Holts Pet Chameleon, bag, shutter shades and diary. The Holt Doll currently retails for $ 27.99.
